The position is responsible to lead & direct the smooth execution of Turnarounds & Maintenance Retrofit Projects of one Zone of BU; Manage profit & loss of all projects in zone; Establish & maintain professional relations with clients & vendors and participate in technical negotiations; Develop, train & manage Site Incharges & other human capital; Ensure coordination & conflict resolution among all stake holders WITH the objective to timely complete retrofit projects; efficiently meet the profitability targets, optimization of project resources and development of human capital WITHIN the limits of DEL regulations, directions from Manager Maintenance, Maintenance policies & procedures , PMI standards, client specifications, government regulations and contractual terms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Relevant Experience : BE with 12 to 16 years of experience including 6 years’ experience of Shut down projects/Retrofit Projects, 4 years of field experience of commercial, contracts and construction.

Business Understanding : Understanding of the Static Equipment, Maintenance, turnaround philosophies and project cycles and maintenance business practices.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices and preferably PMI Certificate.
  • Knowledge of contract and risk management
  • In depth knowledge of Maintenance and Process
  • Thorough knowledge of client relationship management
  • Reasonable commercial acumen
  • Good Financial Management acumen
  • Good industry knowledge & market dynamics
